Skandi Inspector
IMO : 7905285
Build : 1979 by Ulstein Hatlø A/S, Ulsteinvik, Norway, nr 165 as Tender Captain.
I’ve seen this vessel in real life and believe me: If you are standing next to her she is even more ugly than on the pictures. The pictures don’t do her ugliness justice. She looks like everything on her has been added as an afterthought, by different people with different ideas.
Which might be the truth because I found this picture of her as Skandi Captain, a longlong time ago, as a simple, straight forward supplier. How things can change….and not for the better!!
And here is the conversion-disaster seen from the stern.

She is not an ugly ship, she is a good ship, been working on her for the last 6years and she treats us well
Very ugly but highly profitable for many years. Yachts are designed to be pretty; this was “designed” to make money.
The Skandi Inspector AKA The “Infector” Rocks!!!! She may be an ugly duckling but i can assure you its work hard play hard on board!!! The crew and marine staff are quality. We also live like Kings due to the food being Exellent! Good times aboard the Skandi Inspector!!!
Looks like you picked the wrong boat to call ugly. I’ve been on other Skandi vessels before, including the beautiful Constructor, and their crews are very proud of them. I will actually be boarding the Inspector in two days in Nassau. Looking forwardto it.
