IMO : 8606604

Build : 1986 by VEB Schiffswerft Neptun, Rostock, East Germany, nr 166 as Kompozitor Chaykovskiy

Build as Kompozitor Chaykovskiy, a beautiful name with a majestic history…..Unfortunately that’s the only thing that’s beautiful about her, or actually: was because they have renamed her with a rrrrrrrrrroling name of which I fail to see the significance.

My color-conscience wife tells me that blue and yellow usually go well together but in this case the owners managed to find the shades of each color that bring war to eachother wherever they meet….that is: over the length of the whole ship.

Here she is under her original name:

She was part of a family of 5 sisterships: all named after a famous composer.
