Easycruise, a new idea from Easyjet-founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou to reform the cruising world as he did with air-travelling. And it did well, starting off with this vessel: the EasycruiseOne.  Offering low-cost cruises, which opposite to the “normal” cruises sail in daytime and stay in port overnight to give the passengers the chance to enjoy the nightlife. Stelios has a good eye for business opportunities but not one for good looking ships. As this one proves!

It’s not often that one vessel features the 3 things that I deal with on this site: she isn’t the best looking, has an attention grabbing but awful paintjob and to top it off: strange shaped funnels.

Later they changed the paintjob though, definitely for the better:

1 down, 2 tot go!

This ship is now for sale as it was judged too small, the new one is better looking but still not really oozing class into the low-cost cruiseworld.
