Sight Seeing Boats of Paris (part 1)

Paris: the city of love, the most beautiful city in the world, the centre of the artworld, the capital & primate city of France, nicknamed “La Ville-Lumière” (“The City of Light”). Everybody knows it, almost everybody wants to go there once in their lives. But this beautiful city has a dark & hidden secret, one that I found out about when I visited for the first time ever during the New Years celebrations this year. Her rivers are populated by the most hideous, ugly contraptions ever seen floating around. They lure & trap unsuspecting tourists into their bellies to ferry them over the river promising a view of Paris as they have never seen before. And hopefully they will not see again as, and I got this from a good and trustworthy source: the thing you will see most are the walls that make up the banks of the river Seine.

Below are some of those Parisiene contraptions, above you see the Endome and the Isabelle Adjani of which another picture to start off with. I will only show you the pics as I have no strength enough to describe very single one of them. Just watch and be grossed out.

And to show you that there are indeed exemptions to the rule: the gracefull Paris Iena.

As you will have noticed this post is called “Part 1” so expect more of the abortions of the River Seine to be revealed here.
